For reverse-mortgage (HECM) lenders & marketers · Cook County, IL

The paid-off homeowners,
mapped by tenure.

EquiLien isolates the long-held, high-equity, free-and-clear Cook County homes your HECM campaigns are built around: recovered observed-from-public-record, with modeled equity per parcel. You see the matured cohort, not a guess. We never assert owner age or eligibility.

Why EquiLien for reverse / hecm
01

The matured end of the curve, isolated

Reverse marketing lives at the far right of the amortization curve: homes held long enough to be paid down or paid off. EquiLien ships that cohort directly: release-backed aged-in homes nested inside the confirmed free-and-clear and reverse-candidate pools. You filter to the maturity you want, not a ZIP-and-age proxy.

02

Equity that's observed, not appended

Free-and-clear status here is release-backed, read from the recorded mortgage-release in the county index, not inferred from a marketing append. For a principal-limit conversation, knowing a home is actually lien-free changes the pitch, and that's a fact we read, not a score we sold you.

03

Tenure and equity-share on every record

Each parcel carries years-owned, modeled equity %, modeled equity $, and a free-and-clear flag. Build a list that is 'owned 20+ years, 90%+ equity, owner-occupied, $150k+' in one pass, and see its 7-band equity distribution before you spend a dollar on mail.

04

Owner accounts, with mail-handlers flagged

Parcels collapse into owner accounts by mailing address. Loan-servicers, registered agents, and P.O.-box desks are flagged as institutional, so your suppression list keeps reverse mail off addresses that aren't a resident homeowner.

Tenure → Equity

Straight answers

The questions your desk will ask.

Is this data fresh?

The Cook extract is current and refreshes off the recorder index. Free-and-clear status is release-backed, and every record carries an equity-estimate confidence and an as-of date. No stale append.

Is the covered cohort enough for a campaign?

We disclose coverage honestly rather than padding it. But the reverse cohort is dense inside the covered set: already more list than most single-county HECM programs work in a year. We ship the homes we can stand behind, and flag the rest as excluded.

Where's the actual mortgage rate?

Observed note-rate is the Rate+ tier (v2), not in v1. For reverse marketing you don't need it: the buy signal is tenure, equity share, and lien-free status, all of which v1 carries per parcel.

Can we use this for HECM eligibility decisioning?

No, by design. EquiLien is not a consumer report and not for FCRA-regulated eligibility. We never assert a homeowner's age or HECM eligibility; these are candidates identified by tenure and modeled equity, the safe lane for top-of-funnel reverse outreach.
